At Asia Thai Product Ltd., Part., we are committed to:

I. General Principle
We shall operate in full compliance with the laws and all other applicable
rules and regulations
II. Environment
We shall comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
III. Discrimination
We shall not discriminate in hiring and employment practices, including
salary, benefits, advancement, discipline, termincation or retirement,
on the basis of race, religion, age, nationality, social or ethnic origin,
sexual orientation, gender, political opinion or disability.
IV. Forced Labor
We shall not use any forced or involuntary labor, whether prison, bonded,
indentured or otherwise.
V. Child Labor
We shall employ workers who meet the applicable minimum legal age requirement
or are at least 18 years of age, whichever is greater. We shall comply
with all other applicable child labor laws.
VI. Compensation
We shall comply with all applicable wage and hour laws and regulations,
including those relating to minimum wages, overtime, maximum hours, piece
rates and other elements of compensation, and provide legally mandated
benefits. We shall limit overtime to a level that ensures humane and productive
working conditions.
VII. Working Conditions
We shall treat all workers with respect and dignity and provide our workers
with a safe and healthy environment. We shall comply with all applicable
laws and regulations regarding working conditions. We shall not use corporal
punishment, threats of violence or other forms of physical, sexual, psychological
or verbal harassment or abuse.
VIII. Freedom of Association
We shall respect the rights of employees to associate, organize and bargain
collectively in a lawful and peaceful manner, without penalty or interference.
